In 1993 he graduated from the Kharkov Higher Military Command Engineering School of Missile Forces named after Marshal of the Soviet Union N.I. Krylov, in 1994 he graduated from the Dzerzhinsky Military Academy, in 2005 he graduated from the University «Turan», Astana city.
He began his career as an engineer in 1994. Later he held management positions in the private and quasi-public sectors, as well as in the Ministries and government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- Head of the sector of science and innovation of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Deputy Chairman of the Aerospace Committee of the MES RK;
- Chairman of the Board of the JSC «NC «Kazcosmos» (President of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary» – 2006-2008 years),
- Director of the Department of Technological and Innovative Development of the MID RK.
Candidate of Economic Sciences, thesis on the topic: «Organizational and economic aspects of the formation of the space industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (2010 year).
From November 2018 he was appointed a President of
the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary», on February 5, 2019 he was
re-elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of the JSC
«NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary».

Born in 1972. Accumulated period of work is 26 years.
In 1993 he graduated from Armavir Higher Military Aviation School, in 2006 he graduated from the Taldykorgan University named after I. Zhansugurov, in 2018 he graduated from the Eurasian Law Academy named after D.A. Kunayev.
From May 1993 he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Mastered 4 types of aircrafts (L-39, MiG-23, MiG-23MLD, MiG-27, Su-27, he has more than 470 flight hours). From 2003 to 2009 he passed general space training in Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center «Star city».
Since 2009 he held management positions in quasi-public and public sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- Adviser to the Chairman of the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Director of Department on development of space activities of the NSA RK;
- Deputy Head of the Information and Educational Support of Space Technologies Office of Space Research Institute named after Sultangazin U.M.;
Since spring 2012 teaching at the School of Young Cosmonauts, the leadership of the «3D modeling» circle in Schoolchildren’s Palace of Astana city.
In September 2015 he made a space flight to the International Space Station as a flight engineer of the «Soyuz TMA-18M» space shuttle.
Pilot-cosmonaut of the Republic of Kazakhstan (12.10.2012), he was awarded the title «Khalyk Kaharmany» (14.10.2015) and honorary title «Kazakhstannyn gharyshker-ushkyshy» (14.10.2015), «Otan» order owner.
From January 2016, he was appointed a Vice-President for the creation
and operation of space systems of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary»;
on February 26, 2019 he was re-elected as Deputy Chairman of the Board - member
of the Board for production of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary».
Deputy Chairman of the Board - member of the Board on construction and operation of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary»
Born in 1960. Accumulated period of work is 37 years.
In 1982 he graduated from the Almaty Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute.
He began his career in 1982 as a design- engineer of the Dzhambul metalwork plant, worked at the construction of the Angren Cardboard and Tare Combine in the Uzbek SSR. Further he held management positions in such enterprises like «AstanaEnergoService», «Ghalamdyk technologiyalar», LLP «STC New Projects», JSC «Kazavialeasing».
From 2009 getting started his work in the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary»: Head of the Production and Technical Office, Director of the Capital Construction Department, Head of the Project Office, Project Manager of the “Special Design Bureau for Space Technology (SKTB KT) of Kazakh-French joint-venture «Ghalam» LLP.
From August, 2016 he was appointed as a Vice- President on construction and operation of NSC of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary», on February 26, 2019 he was re-elected as a Deputy Chairman of the Board - member of the Board for construction and operation of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary».
Deputy Chairman of the Board - member of the Board on development of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary»
Born in 1985. Accumulated period of work is 11 years.
In 2007 he graduated from the Air Force Engineering Academy named after Zhukovsky N.Y. in the city of Moscow.
In 2010, he had professional retraining at the Samara State Aerospace University named after Korolev S.P.
He began his career in 2008 as a leading specialist in managing the development strategy of space activities of the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, further he continued work in the space industry:
- Head of the Information and Analytical Office, Head of the Project Management Office of the JSC «Joint Kazakhstan-Russian enterprise «Baiterek»;
- Head of the Ground based space infrastructure Division of the Space activity Development Department of the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Project Office Manager of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary», Director of the Perspective Projects Center of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary»;
- General Director of Kazakh-French joint-venture «Ghalam»;
He was awarded the Departmental Medal of the MDAI RK «For contribution to the development of the space industry of Kazakhstan» (December, 2018).
Since February 2019 he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board - member of the Board for development of
the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary».

Born in 1981. Accumulated period of work is 15 years.
In 2003 he graduated from the Eurasian National University named after Gumilyov L.N., Astana city, in 2006, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Astana city.
He began his career as a Chief specialist of the Operational Indicators and Budget Control Office in structure of the JSC «NC «KRS», where later he held management positions in 2005.
Since 2007 getting started his work in the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary» - Director of Finance and Economy Department, Vice-President on Economics and Finance of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary».
From March, 2015 he
was appointed as a Financial Director of the JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh
Sapary», on February 26, 2019 he was re-elected
as a Deputy Chairman of the Board – Financial Director of the JSC
«NC «Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary».
